Welcome to the Wibu.ai community! These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all users of Wibu.ai. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Guidelines apply to all interactions within the Wibu.ai platform, including but not limited to AI character interactions, content creation, sharing, forums, and any other community features.

1. Age Requirement

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use Wibu.ai or participate in the community. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will:

• Immediately terminate the account

• Delete all associated data and content

• Process refunds for active subscriptions as an exception to our no-refund policy

• Do not discuss methods to bypass content filters or safety measures

2.4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe copyrights

• Do not upload or generate content using copyrighted materials without permission

• Respect trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights

• Report suspected copyright violations promptly

• Original content you create remains your property, subject to our Terms

• Do not share or solicit login credentials or account information

• Do not bypass security measures or content moderation controls

• Do not use automated tools or bots without permission

• Do not attempt to access other users' private content

3.4. Harassment and Abuse

• Do not harass, threaten, bully, or stalk other users

• Do not engage in hate speech or discrimination based on:

  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin

  • Religion or beliefs

  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation

  • Age, disability, or medical conditions

  • Any other protected characteristics

• Do not share others' personal information without consent

• Do not coordinate harassment campaigns
