Welcome to the Wibu.ai community! These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all users of Wibu.ai. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Guidelines apply to all interactions within the Wibu.ai platform, including but not limited to chats, forums, and any other community features.
Age Requirement
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you are not authorized to use Wibu.ai or participate in the community. If we discover that a minor under 13 has created an account, we will promptly block their access and delete their account.
Community Standards
We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for all users. To ensure this, we expect all users to follow these standards:
2.1. Respect and Civility
Be respectful of others’ opinions, beliefs, and identities.
Do not engage in personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
Avoid using offensive language, slurs, or any form of discriminatory speech.
Do not impersonate other users, Wibu.ai staff, or any other individuals or entities.
2.2. Relevant and Constructive Content
Keep all posts and interactions relevant to Wibu.ai and its community.
Do not spam, advertise, or promote other tools, services, or products.
Comparisons with other AI tools or technologies are allowed only if they are constructive and relevant to Wibu.ai.
2.3. Safe for Work
Do not create, share, or request content that is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.
Do not discuss or request the removal of content moderation filters. Our stance on this is final, and violations may result in a ban.
2.4. No Misinformation
Do not spread false information, conspiracy theories, or misleading statements.
Do not make unsubstantiated accusations against other users, Wibu.ai, or third parties.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe and secure community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Do not use Wibu.ai for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Do not share or promote content that violates local, national, or international laws.
3.2. Harmful Behavior
Do not harm or attempt to harm others, including minors.
Do not engage in or promote self-harm, violence, or terrorism.
Do not share content that exploits or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
3.3. Security Violations
Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
Do not share or solicit login credentials, passwords, or account information.
Do not bypass or attempt to circumvent security measures or content moderation controls.
3.4. Harassment and Abuse
Do not harass, threaten, or bully other users.
Do not engage in hate speech or promote discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
3.5. Intellectual Property
Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Do not share or distribute content that you do not have the right to use.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any behavior or content that violates these Guidelines, please report it to us immediately. When reporting, provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots or chat logs, to help us investigate the issue.

How to Report: Send an email to support@wibu.ai with the subject line "Community Guidelines Violation."
Be Respectful: When reporting issues, remain respectful and constructive. Flaming or disrespectful comments will not be tolerated.
Moderation and Enforcement
Wibu.ai reserves the right to monitor and moderate all content and interactions within the platform. If we determine that you have violated these Guidelines, we may take the following actions:
Warning: For minor violations, you may receive a warning.
Suspension: For repeated or severe violations, your account may be temporarily suspended.
Termination: For serious violations, your account may be permanently banned.
Legal Action: In cases of illegal activity, we may report the incident to the relevant authorities.
Security and Privacy
Do not share personal information, such as your address, phone number, or financial details, with other users or the AI.
Do not attempt to access or tamper with areas of the Services without authorization.
Do not send viruses, spam, or other harmful content through the platform.
