How to Delete Your Wibu Account

(iOS & Android Instructions)

Step 1: Open the Wibu App

  • Launch the Wibu app on your iOS or Android device.

  • Ensure you’re logged into the account you want to delete.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile

  • Tap the Profile Icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Access Settings

  • On your profile page, locate and tap the Settings Icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Select "Delete Account"

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu.

  • Tap the "Delete Account" option

Step 5: Follow Pop-Up Instructions

  • Read the Consequences:

    • Your character, posts, chats, and all data will be permanently deleted.

    • You cannot recover your account after deletion.

    • You must wait 7 days to sign up again.

  • Check the Box:

    • ☑️ "I understand my data will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered."

  • Tap "Delete"

Important Notes

  • Irreversible Action: Once deleted, nothing can be recovered.

  • 7-Day Cooldown: You cannot create a new account with the same email/username for 7 days.
